1. Description of the service

Horae is a SaaS platform for automated workforce scheduling, intended for organizations that want to generate, manage and publish team schedules. Access to the service requires an active subscription.

2. Account and responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your organization.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable labor law.

3. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use Horae for illegal purposes, attempt to bypass security measures, or disrupt the service for other users.

4. Billing and subscription

Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen plan (monthly or annual). Payments are processed by our provider, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing area.

5. Termination and liability

Horae reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Horae cannot be held liable for scheduling decisions made based on solver suggestions; final validation of the schedule remains the responsibility of the client organization.
